SB IPB Holds In-Class Training on Enhancing Self-Awareness and Character Development

(Bogor, 7/12/25) – The School of Business, IPB University (SB-IPB), in collaboration with Solusi Kreatif Dinamis Academy (SKD Academy), held an In-Class Training on Enhancing Self-Awareness and Character Development on Sunday, December 7, 2025. The training was designed for educational support staff (clerical), including pantry staff, security personnel, drivers, and gardening staff. This program aims to enhance participants’ self-awareness by deepening their understanding of emotions, values, strengths, and personal development areas, while also fostering positive character traits such as discipline, integrity, and responsibility. Through reflective and interactive approaches, participants were trained to manage emotions, build a growth mindset, and strengthen interpersonal skills so they can demonstrate more productive and professional work behaviors.

The event was opened by Dr. Tanti Novianti, Vice Dean for Resources, Collaboration, and Development at SB-IPB. In her remarks, she emphasized that this training plays an important role in helping participants understand themselves, manage emotions effectively, and cultivate positive behaviors that can improve performance and professionalism.

The training featured Irvan Marthen, SP., MM., and Yefri Hasan Basri as the main mentors, who guided participants through various learning sessions, discussions, and reflective exercises designed to strengthen personal competencies and develop their professional character.
