The Bachelor of Business program at IPB University, under the School of Business (SB-IPB), is designed to meet national and market needs for entrepreneurs capable of professionally and sustainably managing the wealth of Indonesia’s agricultural, marine, and tropical bioscience sectors. Indonesia has immense potential in these sectors, yet the number of entrepreneurs in businesses and industries based on agriculture, marine, and tropical biosciences is still far from sufficient to support Indonesia’s transformation into a developed country. Addressing this challenge, the Bachelor of Business program not only provides comprehensive and applicable knowledge but also prepares students to become entrepreneurs by instilling confidence that business is a promising career. Through an innovative curriculum, students are encouraged to establish and operate real businesses during their studies, enhancing their practical skills and entrepreneurial readiness.
