Through Collaboration, SB IPB Students Achieve Recognition at the Bright Impact Business Challenge 2025

Jakarta, December 11, 2025 — A group of students from various study programs at IPB University demonstrated strong competitive performance at the Bright Impact Business Challenge (BIBC) 2025. The team, consisting of Nadia Aulia Putri and Gathan Sarwono Putra from the School of Business IPB, together with Aprilian Bondan Pramana, Abdur Maajid, and Aisyah Pratiwi from the Faculty of Economics and Management, successfully secured second place. The competition served as a platform for students to test business ideas that offer meaningful benefits to society. The team’s participation reflected students’ readiness to face solution-based competitive challenges.

In this competition, participants were required to design business models that were not only innovative but also capable of delivering measurable social impact. The team’s approach combined market analysis, implementation strategies, and sustainability aspects within a comprehensive business framework. The ability to develop a strong business narrative and deliver a convincing presentation became an important factor in the judging process. This achievement shows that students are able to integrate academic understanding with practical needs in the field.

The team’s success was also supported by cross-disciplinary collaboration, which enriched their perspectives in the decision-making process. Each team member brought different viewpoints that complemented one another in formulating the business strategy. This process reflected the dynamics of professional work, which requires synergy and effective communication. The experience serves as valuable preparation for facing an increasingly complex and collaborative work environment.

BIBC 2025, organized by the Student Association of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Kristen Indonesia, served as a platform for developing students’ capacity in entrepreneurship. The event assessed not only the final outcome but also participants’ critical thinking processes and adaptability. The active participation of IPB University students in this competition further strengthened the institution’s position in promoting impact-driven innovation. The School of Business IPB University continues to encourage students to develop ideas that are relevant, collaborative, and contributive.
