SB-IPB University Holds International Competition 2020
School of Business IPB University (SB-IPB) held the International Competition 2020 which part of International E-Conference BIEC 2020 (Business Innovation and Engineering Conference) and 2nd ICRMIA 2020 (International Conference on Risk Management as Interdisciplinary Approach) events, as well as E-summer course Business Innovation and Management (BIM) 2020. Participants who can participate in the International Competition 2020 are participants who are registered in the International E-Conference and E-Summer Course.
The winning category in the International Competition 2020 consists of 1) Business Innovation and Management (BIM) 2020 E-summer course activities with two categories namely Best Innovative Solution and Best Genuine Solution; 2) BIEC 2020 (Business Innovation and Engineering Conference) and 2nd ICRMIA 2020 (International Conference on Risk Management as Interdisciplinary Approach) respectively category Best Undergraduate (S1) Student Paper and Best Undergraduate (S1) Student E-Poster. Each category is won by the three best groups.
The International Competition for Business Innovation and Management (BIM) E-summer course activities is assessed in the form of papers and essay presentations with case studies in various industries such as food and beverage industry, expedition services, health, agriculture and tourism with topics on innovation in the normal era. The process of essay preparation is carried out during the E-summer course, while the materials submitted by the lecturers of the E-summer course can be enrichment in the creation of the essay competition.
The group placed first in the category of The Most Genuine Idea Essay with theme “Digital Technology and Healthy Zoo Innovation in The New Normal After Covid-19 in Pandemic Era” achieved by group:

Meanwhile, the group placed first in The Most Innovative Essay category with theme “ADM Express: An Automatic Machine for Delivering Packages using Technology as An Innovation in Expedition Service Sector” achieved by group:

In the category of Best Undergradute Student Paper BIEC 2020 was won by Sijo G. Joy, Adhil Iqbal, Robin David, Anandu M. S, Sharukhan S of Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus, Kilimanoor, Trivadrum, Kerala, India with paper titled Development and Performance Evaluation of Environment-Friendly Thermal Insulation Material from Floating Weed Salvinia Molesta and Rice Straw, while Best Undergradute Student E-Poster BIEC 2020 category was won by Nastasya Larasati Lontoh and Andina Oktariani from School of Business IPB University with poster titled Setting Up Sustainable Development Of Social Enterprises Model In Indonesia.
In the category of Best Undergradute Student Paper ICRMIA 2020 was won by Dystiana Putri Abistha, Henny K. Suwarsinah, Annisa Ramadanti from School of Business IPB University with paper titled Operational Risk Management in the Digital Food Supply Chain Business of Etanee, while the category Best Undergradute Student E-Poster ICRMIA 2020 was achieved by Savelia Salsa Bila, Agustina Widi Palupiningrum, Hartoyo from School of Business IPB University with poster titled Analysis of The Operational Risk Management of Agrotourism PTPN. VIII Gunung Mas Puncak, Bogor West Java.
